Hayatsu will talk about his project for Grizedale Arts – The Farmer’s Arms Cold Food Store – which adapted traditional Japanese building techniques using locally sourced materials. Mutton will discuss his light touch retrofit of a former office building in Newcastle for a local arts charity, and Nicklin will present her practice’s self-built hempcrete architecture studio in south-east London.
