| NOTES ON THE ABOVE | ||||
|
The first cover here has to be one of the tackiest I've ever come across, and that in my book rates it very high on the trash-scale. The others demonstrate a bit more class, but as far as the Spanish one goes, well, I'll leave that to your own judgement. International is what I'm trying to aim at here, so expect lots more foreign rubbish. Dance Fever, incidentally, is exactly the same double album set as the soundtrack to The World is Full of Married Men, except it's housed in a different sleeve. Even the record labels are the same. I much prefer this one for the fit-looking bird on the front. As for the Tap Dancin' Time album, well she looks like somebody's grandmother! The best has to be 28 Non-Stop Hits for Dancing as she is wearing a dress that is practically see-through, and no bra, showing off her ample charms. And yes, she is wearing knickers, in case you were wondering. I've also included a few fitness records as they were designed to be danced to. Volume 4 of Shape Up and Dance features Suzanne Danielle, who was a respected actress in her own right. Did some good stuff on TV. I remember as a kid watching her as a sexy vamp in an episode of the Hammer Horror TV series, and let us not forget her one contribution to the Carry On series, as Emmanuelle. She'd probably prefer us to forget it. Jay Aston on the cover of volume 1 was one of the singers in the British pop sensation Bucks FIzz. Suzanne Dando was on TV alot in the seventies and early eighties. I believe this series went up to about 10 volumes. I will add the rest if I come across them.
