In this six-episode series, Hattie Hartman and her co-host George Morgan interview changemakers and innovators who are transforming architecture as we know it by designing in ways that respect planetary boundaries. Our six champions will offer inspiration as well as sharing essential knowledge about design in an era of climate emergency.
In episode four Dina shares her insights on how to be a changemaker in a large architecture practice, and how Haworth Tompkins is looking to collaborate with other practices. The podcast also features a discussion with Lauren Shevills of the Architects Climate Action Network on Foster + Partners and ZHA's controversial departure from Architects Declare.

About Diana Dina
Dina is head of sustainability and regenerative design at Haworth Tompkins. Originally from Bucharest, she came to London over a decade ago to pursue a masters in environmental design at the Bartlett. She is a certified Passivhaus designer, and spent three years at Bere Architects, followed by four years at west London practice Gluckman Smith before joining Haworth Tompkins in September 2019.
In light of Haworth Tompkins’ director Steve Tompkins’ role as a co-founder of Architects Declare, the practice created Diana’s role to further embed sustainable design within its projects, upskill staff, and increase its external industry advocacy.
